After two decades working across data, analytics, and AI — leading teams, building businesses, and working across cultures from my Italian roots, to the UK and the global stage — one question kept coming back to me: where can leaders find advice that is both deeply expert and genuinely human?

That belief inspired EVVAI — an Italian expression meaning “Come on!”, the moment when effort turns into achievement. It also stands for Enabling Value Via AI, reflecting what we do every day.
